Information we collect
When you verify a product we may record the name and email you provide, the code or serial number scanned, and technical details of the request such as your IP address, approximate location (country/city), and device user-agent. We use this only to confirm authenticity and detect misuse.
How we use it
Verification data is used to confirm a product is genuine, to enforce per-unit scan limits, and to detect patterns that suggest a code has been copied or a batch is being targeted by counterfeiters. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
Scan records are retained for as long as needed to support authenticity checks, fraud investigation, and product recalls. Aggregate, anonymized analytics may be kept longer.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information associated with your verifications by contacting us via the support page.
